There is currently no module for managing communication policies. SMC functionality allows:

* to configure a restriction on re-targeting clients to trigger mailings;

* Specify filters (in any combination) when creating a segment for communication. Examples of filter conditions are given below:

** Output the clients whose number of communications in channel X (or in any channel) for period Y is equal to/in the interval/more than/less than Z times;

** Output the clients whose period since the last sent communication in channel X (or in any channel) is equal to/more than/less than Y days;

** Output the clients who participated in mass mailing Y for the period X/last X days;

20

** Output the clients who participated in the trigger chain equal to/more than/less than Y times during the period X/last X days.
