Loymax processing system provides data processing under making purchases

Typical processes of processing are the calculation of direct discounts, the calculation and accrual of bonus points, deduction of bonus points. At the same time, it is possible to accrual bonus points both online and offline.

When conducting an operation by accounts the "double principle" is used. It means that when conducting an operation of purchase (calculation of direct discount, payment with bonus points, return etc.) the part of funds is blocked at the account of cash register or customer till the purchase is confirmed or canceled. Only after purchase confirmation the balance change of cash register or customer occurs.

При отсутствии связи между кассой и процессингом Loymax чеки сохраняются на кассе. После восстановления связи касса отправляет все накопленные чеки на процессинг, который их обрабатывает и начисляет бонусы в соответствии с акциями, действующими на момент совершения покупки. Списание бонусов, а также расчет и предоставление прямых скидок в режиме офлайн не осуществляется.

Расчет прямых скидок в режиме офлайн может быть реализован только при использовании специальной программы Loymax Lite.
