Information for implementation

To start implementation into the Loymax system the Client provides information for registration

Information for registration in the Loymax system:

Points of sale list registered in the system, with specifying the name, address, brand, cash register software
Information about quantity of cash registers and their numbers
Application for configuration informing when a critical value of the debit cash register balance is reached
Application for getting the right for bonus points awarding on cards in a manual mode (list of employees)
Application for user registration in the system, which will work with Marketing Management Platform
Application for user registration in the technical support
Application for system SMS

Besides, the fallowing information is to be provided:

Base of numbers of valid cards with information about discount levels, and data format according to this cards (Card number, Barcode, magnetic stripe)
Application for configuration of security limits in the Loymax system
Credentials for configuring SMS gateway and email gateway
Cheque templates with information about bonus/discount card to assess the ability to configure the creation of a template in the system
Detail description of offer mechanics and basic terms of Loyalty program (LP). It is possible to download Application form for offer creation in the system by link.
