New in the Offers section

Flexible setting of rules for the questions of the LP Member application form related to the date

The ability to configure composite rules was added for application form questions related to the date in the filter Question of application form. For example: the customer date of birth, the date of birth of a child or pet, the date of the wedding, etc. Now the rules can be triggered annually during the desired month, or only if the specified date falls within a certain range, or a certain amount of time has passed since the specified date, etc. 

Example 1

To provide the customer with an increased discount on the selected category of products during the entire month when the customer has a birthday.

Example 2

To provide a discount on automotive products to customers who bought a car in the time period from 01.01.2022 to 31.01.2022, and indicated the date of purchase of the car in the application form.

Example 3 

In honor of a Paper Wedding, provide the client with a list of products with increased points if two years have passed since the specified wedding date.

Important: Since version 2022.1 filter Question of application form is used instead of the filter Birthday.

Birthday filter was removed

Starting with the System version 2022.1, the filter Birthday will be automatically replaced with an advanced filter Question of application form

When setting up new offers, you must use the filter Question of application form.

Updated: Filter Payment Type was renamed to Payment Method

Payment methods existing in the System by default, as well as new ones that are being created, are displayed, as earlier, in the filter, only now it has the appropriate name — Payment method. Default payment methods are:

  • Bank card
  • Bonus points
  • Cash
  • Loymax bonus points
  • Coupon

If necessary, you can create other payment methods, such as online payment or payment to the courier upon delivery.

 

A new filter Question blocks for compound questions was added

Filter Question Blocks allows you to analyze customer responses to composite questions (groups of questions). The topic of the question groups can be any and can consist of an unlimited number of questions and be mandatory or not. For example, you can create and work with question groups that collect information about children, pets, customer cars, etc.

Example of a question group

The LP Member can specify information about children (but no more than 5) in the application form in the Personal account. About each child, he must provide the name and date of birth, gender, if desired.

Thus, with the help of a new filter, you can configure mechanics that will check a set of conditions: at least one of the answers from the question group fits the rules.

Example 1 

Provide a discount on a new collection of men's teen clothing if there are boys over 12 years old.

Example 2 

Provide customers an annual discount of 5 days before and 5 days after the birthday for each of the children.

The filter Blocks of questions is connected using a special plugin.

Function copying rules inside the offer

For a quick offer filling the ability to copy rules was added. Copying rules allows you to speed up the creation of offers, for example, when there are several identical rules, but with different parameters. The new function is convenient to use if the conditions of the rules are similar and differ slightly: the selected product group or the specified quantitative restriction, the size of preferences, the selected target audience, etc. 

The copied rules appear in the list with the same name as the original one, but with the postfix "_Copy".

 

Improved navigation between sections in offers

Now, if a selected action or filter has a drop-down list, you do not need to go to a separate section to expand it. You can also add a new entry by clicking on the button_Plus.png.

For example, when using the Bonus points deduction action in offers you can immediately create a new virtual currency.

Creating promotions for multiple Partners with the same assortment of products

You can use the filter to select Partners for whom the offer will be valid. This is convenient when you need to create an offer that operates in POSs of several Partners at once, in which the same products are sold.

New in the section Accruals and deductions

Adjustments of bonus accounts for any identifier of the LP Member

The ability to perform accruals and deductions of bonus points by any customer identifier was added and not just by card number. You can use the following identifiers:

  • phone number,
  • email,
  • card magnetic stripe,
  • card barcode,
  •  LP Member UID (external customer identifier),

The functionality is also available for batch operations and when uploading a file with adjustments, and not only in the MMP interface. 

Updated: New in the section Product groups

The Calculate button and the sign (Fixed/Not fixed) are no longer displayed when viewing information about product group in the main window of the section Product groups. Product groups are now automatically sent to the calculation queue after creation or editing. Calculated product groups are saved in the database. There may be dynamic and static product groups depending on the creation method. After changes in the product catalog, a dynamic product group, as opposed to a static one, will be automatically sent for recalculation to update the group data in the database.

Automatic calculation of product groups after creation allows you to speed up the process of processing offers with the filter Product.

New in the section Status systems

Comprehensible  communication on the status system

Status System Settings window was expanded by parameter Update frequency. This is an information field that displays the date of the next change in the customer status. The parameter can be used to display the update date of the next status of the customer in the Mobile application.

Examples of displaying status systems can be found in typical mobile app layouts.

New in the section Coupon generation

Coupon lifetime was added

Previously, setting up the coupon lifetime was limited only by the validity period of the offer. As part of version 2022.1, now when creating Coupon generation you can set coupon lifetime of this issue, i.e. the period of time during which coupons can be used. After the coupon lifetime ends, the coupon goes to the Expired state.

The lifetime of coupons is set like the bonus point lifetime:

  • Coupon activation time  is the time that must pass from the moment of issue to the moment when it can be used to receive preferences. 
  • Coupon burning time is the time after which the coupons unused during the specified period can no longer be used.

The coupon lifetime is displayed in the sections CRM > Customers > Coupons and Call center, as well as in client services (in the Personal account and Mobile application).

 

Comprehensible communication on the coupons of the LP Member

The Description tab is now available when editing Coupon generation. There you can add a custom description of the coupon and its image. The coupon description can be used to display in client services (in the Personal account and Mobile application). So the LP Member can easily understand what preferences the coupon can be exchanged for.

In the tab Description the following can be added:

  • Short description is a title displayed when viewing the general list of coupons
  • Detailed description is a detailed description of possible preferences, places of coupon usage, etc. 

Sections with coupons are presented in standard layouts of Personal account and Mobile app.

CRM

New in the Customers section

The display of question blocks in Application form of customer was improved and also in personal data in the Call center. Now the various question blocks are separated by boxes, which makes it easier to view the LP Member personal data.

Updated: Filtering the currency by its state when viewing the detailed balance of the customer

The archive currency is now displayed in addition to the non-archive currency in the Customer profile when viewing detailed balance. You can select the currencies to view using a filter by currency name and a filter by currency status:

  • archive,
  • non-archived.

System Settings Extension

New rights were added

The following new rights have appeared in the System:

  • User has the right to run batch import of customers — if this right is available, the button for importing customers into the MMP becomes available;
  • User has the right to view the history of batch imports of customers — the right is necessary to view the history of imports of customers;
  • The MMP user has the right to get the list of gateways — the right is necessary so that the MMP users can access the list of gateways without the ability to view and edit the gateways. For example, to select an existing gateway from the list when creating mailings;
  • The user is allowed to change notifiers state — the right is necessary so that System administrators and Call centre operators can change the status of customer notifiers, for example, to manually verify an email;
  • The user has the right to view information on users audit — the right is necessary so that System administrators or security personnel can view the actions of other users in the System.
  • The MMP user has the right to set up common mechanics for all partners in the LP — the right is necessary so that administrators can upload a general product catalog to the System and create offers with a general product catalog for several Partners.

Updated: Тew configuration settings were added

System security is enhanced with new configuration settings. The ability to configure the lifetime of the user password was added. This minimizes the risk of unauthorized access to the System:

  • PasswordExpiresInDays — the configuration sets the lifetime of the user password. The user will see a pop-up message about the need to update the password during the first authorization in the System, as well as when the password lifetime has expired.
  • PasswordUniquenessPeriodInMonths — the configuration sets the period within which the uniqueness of the password is checked, thus preventing its repetition.

A configuration GeneratedQrCodeLifeTime was added, which allows you to configure the lifetime of QR codes generated in the System regardless of the confirmation code. In this way, you can set a shorter validity time of the QR code, which reduces the risk of fraudulent actions with bonus cards.

The ability to set the number of characters in the temporary code contained in the QR code was added. This is necessary to exclude cases when the cash register software cannot process the value of the QR code due to restrictions on the number of characters. The number of characters in the time code is set in the System configurations by the parameter GeneratedQrCodeLength. The minimum number of characters in the time code is 4, the maximum is 20. Default value: 10.

QR codes generated before making changes to the value of the GeneratedQrCodeLength parameter are valid until their lifetime expires.

Updated: Configurations for setting up "white lists"

In order to flexibly configure the System for the needs of Partners, configurations have been added that allow adding "white lists" of IP addresses that will not be checked and blocked by the security system. Limits on the number of authorizations from one IP address and on the number of registration attempts from one IP address or phone will not apply to all listed in the parameter SystemLimitsIpsWhitelist addresses.

Configuration CaptchaIpsWhitelist allows you to configure a "white list" of addresses for which any configured CAPTCHA should not be displayed for a specific set of methods you can no longer add new keys or delete old ones. Now all the necessary keys appear automatically when selecting a regular task, which simplifies the process of creating a regular task for MMP users and minimizes the possibility of error.

Service

Section Audit was expended

Audit moved from the section Admin panel to the Service section. The Audit section is now divided into two blocks:

  • Block History of actions;
  • Block Download history.

The History of actions block consists of two subsections:

  • history of customer actions — information about actions performed by Members of the Loyalty Program in the System;
  • history of user actions — information about actions performed in the System by MMP users.

The display of audits can be filtered by date and type of audit. The Download History block consists of two sections:

  • history of customer downloads — information about batch customer uploads;
  • history of loading customer attributes — information about batch loading of customer attributes.

The changes were made to accelerate access to the system audit and to reduce the time to make a decision in case of a security breach. 

Admin Panel

Support for verified and unverified phone numbers and email

Now it is possible to display in CRM and Call center the status of customer notifiers, as well as to change the status if necessary. One of two states is displayed near the phone number and email:

  • verified — the customer phone number/email is confirmed;
  • not verified — the customer phone number/email has not been confirmed.

If notifier is set as mandatory, then a confirmation code will be sent to the customer when registering in the Loyalty program or changing the notifier. Sending a confirmation code allows you to:

  • Protect customer accounts from hacking attempts and other fraudulent activities;
  • Record information in the database only about current and active notifiers;
  • Immediately upon registration, check the possibility of sending messages to the customer.

If necessary, you can send mailing lists and messages about offers for both verified and unverified notifiers. 

Support for phone number formats from different countries of the world

The section Phone number formats appeared in the Admin Panel, where a list of number formats for different countries is available. The section also allows you to create and edit your own phone number formats. Up to version 2022.1  the number formats were configured via regular expressions.

This allows you to validate phone numbers at the registration stage in the LP, when changing the phone number, etc., and allow only active phone number formats to be entered.

Creation of a general product catalog

In the Partners section, there is an opportunity to create a general product catalog. Products from the general catalog can participate in offers, which will be available for use by several Partners at once as part of the coalition Loyalty Program.


    • Important! Only one general product catalog can be active in the System at a time.

New in the section Application form constructor

Setting or changing the email address when filling out the application form

Now it is possible to set an email through the application form questions. Unlike the notifier, an email entered through a application form question does not require confirmation. To do this, when editing application form questions a handler Installing or changing an email address must be installed that starts the email validation process. In this case, at the stage of filling out the application form, the customer will check the correctness of the entered email, but without verification. This reduces the number of errors when filling out the application form.

New limits

Limit on the number of system messages

Limit has been removed.

Now the validation of phone numbers is carried out automatically at the stage of entering a phone number and is regulated using the section Phone number formats.

Email validation is also performed automatically. If you need to enter an additional email in the personal data, you can also enable validation using a special handler Setting or changing an email address

General changes

Updated: Quick transition to entities creation from the side menu of the Marketing management platform (MMP)

Since version 2022.1, a quick transition to the creation of the main entities of the System is available through the side menu. The user can click on  + to the right of the search and select an item from the drop-down list when using any section of the MMP menu. Thus, you can immediately go to the desired modal window and create:

Updated file loader

The file loader has been replaced with a more modern one. Now to upload a file, you can click on the upload field or drag a file into it. The new loader is available in the sections where you want to attach the file. For example, when loading customer attributes in batches.

Import of the customer base

Since the System version 2022.1, tools for self-import of the customer base are available in the MMP, for example, when switching from another Loyalty Program to the Loymax system or uploading an external customer base. For customer base import the following tools are available:

  • Import of counter values,
  • Import of customers,
  • Import of customer attributes.

Import of customers

Import of customers allows you to upload an additional customer base to the System. Import of customers allows you to upload data about customer cards, phone numbers, and email to the System. Import of customers is available in the following ways:

  • by external identifier;
  • by card number;
  • by notifier.

After importing the data, the corresponding profiles of LP Members are created, which can be supplemented by importing attributes or batch customer registration completion.

Import of customer attributes

Import of customer attributes has moved from the section Loading client attributes to the section Customers.

Import of customer attributes allows you to upload attributes to the System related to the date of registration of the customer in the LP, acceptance of the formal offer, consent to data processing, answers to application form questions (or answers to blocks of questions) or any other attributes.

After the process of customer attributes import is completed, the attributes become available for setting up offers, forming segments (including in the Analytics module) and are displayed in the Customer profile.

Import of counter values

Importing counter values allows you to transfer information about customer counters to the customer base (purchase amounts, number of purchases per period, etc.), for example, when switching from another Loyalty Program to the Loymax system.

After the import of counter values is completed, the data about the values will be displayed in the Customer profile, and can also be used in offers.

Updated: Import of counter values is possible by any convenient customer identifier, not only by the internal customer identifier.

Updated: The ability to rate Mobile App was added

In the Mobile application, the LP Member has the opportunity to evaluate the application. In this section the LP Member can send feedback about the Mobile app. If the rating is positive, the LP Member will be redirected to the app store. If the rating is negative, the LP Member will be redirected to the Mobile app section, where he can describe the problems encountered when working with the application and leave his suggestions for its improvement.

On the application rating page, you can change the main color, logo and animation that falls out when you rate the app.

Examples of displaying the section with the evaluation of the application can be found in typical layouts of the Mobile app.
