Gift certificate order


  • Certificate order is a combination of different certificate issues.
  • Certificate issue is a set of certificates generated by the parameters that are set during the creation of the issue: the set of templates and the number of certificates. Thus, within the framework of one order, it is possible to generate certificates according to completely different rules.

The Gift Certificates > Certificate Orders section displays all the certificate orders created in the system. Certificate orders can be filtered by Creation Date, Name, State (archived and unarchived), Loyalty Program and Partner.

As long as the order is not completed, it can be edited edit.PNG and sent to archive archive.png. You can restore an order of certificates sent to the archive from recover.png. If the order has already been completed, you can view view_info.PNG information about it.

To create a new certificate order, click Create at the top of the section.

In the window for creating a new order, enter the following information:

  • Order Name;
  • The Loyalty program under which the order is created;
  • The Partner for whom the order is created;
  • Description of the order, if necessary.

Click the Create button. This will open a window with information about the order.

In the Edit Order Information window you can change the Name and Description of the order. To save the changes in the general information block of the order, click Save.

The Emissions box displays all issues created as part of the current order. Issues can be filtered by title and state (archived and unarchived). You can also edit edit.PNG, archive archive.png and restore from the archive recover.png.

To create a new certificate issue, click the Create button in the Issue block.

In the release creation window, fill in the following fields:

  • The name of the certificate issue;
  • Certificate type from the list Certificate types>;
  • Template set from the list of template sets;
  • Number of certificates in this issue. The total number of certificates with the selected template set in all releases of all orders cannot exceed the capacity value specified for this template set.

Click the Create button. The new issue will be added to the list of issues of the current order.

After the order is formed, that is, the required number of certificate issues is created, you need to click on the Execute  button in the order editing window.

The button is active (green) if there are no other orders in the system at the moment.
If another certificate order is currently running in the system, the Execute button is inactive (grayed out). It will become active after another order is completed.

Once the order is completed, it becomes unavailable for editing. The Export export.PNG button appears on each line. Clicking it loads a file in the *.csv format, which contains information about the identifiers of certificates of the given issue.

Using the Export button in the upper right corner of the section, you can download all the certificate issue files of the current order in one archive.

The administrator himself can create and approve certificate orders, as well as approve orders of other users. In case the user does not have the right to perform the orders, you must send the certificate order for approval by pressing the Send to approve button. To confirm the order, the Administrator presses the Execute button in the view window of the order that came to him for confirmation.
