Email address changing


The Member can change the email address to another one. The successful validation of the new address is required for the change.

  1. The Member logs into the Mobile application of the LP;
  2. The Member goes through the authorization procedure;
  3. The Member goes to the Settings section, where he selects Change mail;
  4. In the dialog window that opens, the Member indicates the new Email in the correct format and clicks Continue;
  5. A verification code and a confirmation link are sent to the new email;
  6. The Member enters the verification code in the confirmation code field that appears and clicks Confirm.

As a result, the Member updates the data on the communication channel. Notifications and mailings will be sent to a new email address.
