Detailed operation history
In the LP mobile application, the Member can view the operation history on the account with details of the product/quantity/amount of the cheque.
- The Member logs into the Mobile application of the LP;
- The Member goes through the authorization procedure;
- The Member goes to the Purchase history section;
- The page that opens displays the last 10 operations committed by the Member. Each entry contains the date of the purchase/event with a reward, the name and address of the POS, the number of bonus points accrued/debited, and the direct discount amount. The cheque is expanded/collapsed when clicking on the general information of the transaction in the list.
As a result, the Member can get information about any transaction for the period of participation in the Loyalty Program with details (product/quantity/amount of the cheque).
