Password recovery
If the Member does not remember the password from the Personal account, then the Member can restore it using the Forgot your password? by receiving a confirmation code for any available notifier.
- The Member logs into the Mobile app of LP and clicks Login;
- The Member follows the Forgot your password? link;
- The Member specifies the phone number to which the login / card is registered;
- The Member clicks Next;
- The Member enters the verification code sent to the specified phone number;
- The Member specifies a new password and confirm it by re-entering;
- The Member clicks Next.
As a result, the Member changes the password in the Personal account using the Forgot your password? link. After successful completion of the password recovery procedure, the LP Member authorizes in the Mobile app using the new password.
