3.4. Campaign report
If an e-mail/SMS/push mailing is to be sent as part of a campaign, you can view a report about such campaign. To do this, go to the Campaigns section in the left navigation menu, select the campaign you need and click on the Stats button.
The campaign report is similar to the mailing report but has its own peculiarities. The campaign report consists of four blocks:
- Orders placed;
- Groups report;
- Mailing efficiency;
- Product sales (this block is not available to all Partners).
Several communication channels in a campaign
Several communication channels can be combined in one campaign. In this case, it is possible to view the Mailing efficiency either for the entire campaign or just for e-mail/SMS/push mailings.
By default, a report on all mailing channels is displayed:

To see report only for SMS messages within the campaign, click on the SMS icon:

Campaign action report
If the campaign included several mailings, there is an option to view individual statistics for each of them. To do this, proceed to the campaign editing mode by clicking Edit on the Campaigns page:
Select an action for sending an e-mail/SMS/push message for which you want to view the report. Switch to the edit mode for that action by right-clicking on it and then clicking the pencil icon. | ![]() |
Click on the Stats button at the bottom of the opened window. The report layout fully corresponds to the mailing report. | ![]() |
