6 Here you can view information about a customer or groups of customers. You can flexibly search for customers by various parameters, such as:

You can go to the customer profile by clicking the customer's name in the list of customers. All information from the **Customer profile** is used when [[building segments>>doc:Main.Using.Smart_Communications.Customers.User_segments.Segment_builder.WebHome]]. The customer profile contains information about the customer and the customer's actions.
