Sender avatar
Why Use a Sender AvatarA sender avatar is an image displayed on the left side of the sender's name in the inbox. It helps your messages stand out among others. Since the recipient’s eye typically moves from left to right, the avatar is the first visual elements recipients notice. A distinctive and recognizable avatar increases the chances that your message won’t get lost in the crowded inbox. | ![]() |
If no avatar is set, the email client will automatically generate one using the sender's initials. In this case, it will appear as a colored circle with one or two large high-contrast letters. Avatar configuration varies by email service, and not all service providers support custom avatars. | |
