1. Dashboard


The Dashboard section contains a set of graphs that show short summary analytics for the entire customer base:

The dashboard is built on the basis of customer data and purchase history received by the Loymax Smart Communications module from the Master System. It is recalculated four times per 24 hours.

Customer base quality (by months)

The graph shows the distribution of the number of customers depending on the time since their last purchase. The time period for which this graph is calculated is set in the project settings. Usually a period of one year is used.

The example on the right shows that the number of customers who made their last purchase between 7 and 10 months ago is 6.

Customers

The chart illustrates the percentage of repeat customers (who made two or more purchases) and their contribution to the revenue. The time period for which this chart is calculated is set in the project settings. As a rule, it equals to one year.

Details are displayed when the cursor is pointed at the chart area. 

The System considers that a customer is a repeat customer if they have two or more receipts. Chart colors: 

  • Gray area (regular) — number of customers with 1 receipt;
  • Blue area (repeat) — number of customers with 2 or more recepits.

Amount of revenues

The System shows the revenue attributable to regular and repeat customers:

  • Gray area (regular) — revenues coming from customers with 1 receipt;
  • Blue area (repeat) — revenue from customers with two or more receipts.

Dynamics of customer base quality

The graph shows the number of customers for the Best Customers and Lost Customers segments for the selected period by months. 

  • Lost customers — customers from the R1 segment of  RFM segmentation.
  • Best customers — customers from the R5, M5 and F5 segments of the RFM segmentation at the same time.

Доля клиентов с повторными покупками

На графике показан процент клиентов (от общего количества клиентов в базе), имеющих 2 чека и более за выбранный период в разбивке по месяцам.

В примере справа 89% всех клиентов, совершивших покупки в феврале 2021г., являются повторными, т. е. имеют 2 или более чеков.

Ассистированные продажи

График показывает соотношение обычных и ассистированных продаж (в количестве чеков или сумме чеков) за выбранный период в разбивке по месяцам.

Ассистированные продажи — это атрибутированные чеки, связанные с коммуникациями, совершенными модулем Smart Communications. Подробнее об атрибуции чеков читайте здесь.

В примере справа показано соотношение количества чеков. Чтобы посмотреть соотношение сумм чеков, нажмите на вкладку Стоимость.
