This article presents questions that arise when working with the Smart Communications module.
Questions related to contact policy:
There is currently no module for managing communication policies. SMC functionality allows:
- to configure a restriction on re-targeting clients to trigger mailings;
- Specify filters (in any combination) when creating a segment for communication. Examples of filter conditions are given below:
- Output the clients whose number of communications in channel X (or in any channel) for period Y is equal to/in the interval/more than/less than Z times;
- Output the clients whose period since the last sent communication in channel X (or in any channel) is equal to/more than/less than Y days;
- Output the clients who participated in mass mailing Y for the period X/last X days;
- Output the clients who participated in the trigger chain equal to/more than/less than Y times during the period X/last X days.

Loymax is currently a registered data controller with the RCN under Federal Law 152. Under GDPR, the company is being audited and making necessary revisions.
Data can be uploaded to the Loymax BI module. It is also possible to upload any data to a CSV file on a schedule for further transfer to third-party systems for analysis.
Reports can be uploaded as a file.
At the moment there is a possibility to send segments to the mail according to the schedule. It is possible to add functionality to send reports.

- In the client profile, events are recorded within sessions on different devices. Information about what event was on which device will be stored. There is no analytics on these events, only segmentation.
