Minimum registration age
Application form designer allows to set limit values for the age of Loyalty Program members. During the registration process, the System will verify by the specified date of birth whether the customer's age meets the set limits. In case of non-comliance, the registration process will be terminated. Thus, it is possible to restrict access to the Loyalty Program, for instance, to underage individuals.
Age policy in the Mobile Application
Any mobile application (MA) should be labelled as an information product, i.e. it should be age-marked depending on the content and as per the age regulations of a specific country. Recommendations on age restrictions for the Mobile Application are provided in a separate article.
Public Offer Agreement
The rules of the Loyalty Program (LP) should be documented and made available to each customer in the form of a Public Offer Agreement.
The process of customer registration in the Loyalty Program includes a mandatory step of familiarization with the Public Offer Agreement. The text of the Offer Agreement is stored in a database in a separate file and is displayed on the registration form. After reading the document, a customer should agree with the terms and conditions by checking the appropriate box on the registration form. Registration in the Loyalty Program is impossible without consent to the Public Offer Agreement.
Personal data processing
As part of the registration procedure in the Loyalty Program, customers are required to provide their consent to personal data processing. This measure is necessary in order to comply with the law. The consent text is available via the link in the registration form. To confirm the customer's consent to the processing of personal data, it is enough to check the appropriate box, usually located next to the box of acceptance of the Public Offer Agreement. Registration in the Loyalty Program is impossible without consent to the processing of personal data.
Minimum retail price limits
To comply with the pricing of certain product categories, such as alcohol and tobacco, the Loymax System includes a number of limits that allow to control the final price of these products so that it does not fall below the minimum retail price (MRP). These limits are configured when setting up offers by specifying the minimum price, limits (or even prohibition) for discounts and/or deductions of bonus points for certain product categories.
Thus, when calculating the product price at the cash register, the specified limits do not allow it to be sold at a price below the MRP.
Phone number validation
As part of the Loyalty Program, LP Members usually receive notifications of various offers and promotions through different communication channels (mobile phone, email, etc.). In accordance with the law, subscribers can be included in the mailing list only with their consent. By accepting the terms of the Public Offer and agreeing to the processing of personal data, the customers thereby confirm their consent to receive informational and advertising mailings. Entering the confirmation code received during the registration of the customer's contact information ensures the reliability of the communication channel provided by the customer.
The agent of the Call Center can change the mailing settings at the request of the LP Member when contacting the Call Center. Editing contact details is available to LP Members in the Personal Account on the website and in the Mobile Application.
Storage of personal data in case of refusal to participate in the Loyalty Program
After refusal to participate in the Loyalty Program, all data of the excluded LP Member will be deleted from the System in accordance with the law: phone number, card, other cash register identifiers, bonus account, customer attributes (notifiers and answers from the application form), customer subscriptions, data about the customer's mobile devices. Excluded LP Members will not be found in the System using their deleted identifiers.
Re-registration of a customer who has left the Loyalty Program using the previously used phone number will be carried out according to one of the standard scenarios of the Call Center, Personal Account or Mobile Application.
