Cash register software
Loymax is integrated with more than a dozen different programs of cash registers.

Communications service providers
For mailings to the LP Members through various communications channels, as well as to enable the registration of customers in the LP, the Loymax system has been established with various communication service providers.
Message exchange is carried out through secure information transfer channels (gateways). To configure gateways, plugins for incoming and outgoing messages are to be connected.

External payment systems
Loymax is integrated with Comarch Loyalty Management (loyalty program management system). Integration includes:
- recognition of external cards connected to Comarch processing;
- calculation of bonus points to accrual on external cards based on the offers created in the Loymax system;
- storage of information about the calculations;
- transfer to external processing the calculated amounts of accrual bonus points;
- getting the results of processing bonus accrual operations in an external system.
Data exchange between the Loymax system and external processing of Comarch is carried out through the SFTP server. Using the capabilities of this integration becomes possible when you connect a special plugin.
To implement a complete transition from other loyalty programs to the Loymax system, a phased plan has been developed that enables to transfer all the necessary information quickly, without loss and invisibly to customers.
External loyalty programs
Loymax system is able to recognize cards and coupons of external loyalty programs. This enables to calculate discounts on external cards and coupons, taking into account the features of each loyalty program.
For example, to integrate with Moscow social cards, the following is implemented:
- card recognition by number mask;
- reading the attribute of the card containing the preferential category number;
- sending a request to an external service to search for a card by number and attribute;
- providing preferences on a card found in an external system.
