The process of issuing of the gift certificates in the MMP consists of several stages

1. Create certificate type

Certificate types are used to group certificates by specific sets of properties. For each type of certificate you can set the currency, denomination (arbitrary or fixed), format, validity period and redemption method.

2. Creating a set of templates

A gift certificate can have several identifiers at the same time. For each type of identifier (number, barcode, magnetic stripes, QR code) there is a separate template by which it is formed. Besides, each set of templates is limited by the capacity. The capacity defines the number of certificates which can be generated on the given set of templates.

3. Certificate Order Generation

An order is a combination of different certificate issues. A certificate issue is a set of certificates generated by the parameters that are set when creating the issue - a set of templates, type and number. Thus, one order can include an issue of certificates of different types (denominations) in the required quantity.

4. Order execution and certificate generation

As the result of executing the order, the specified number of certificates of the specified type is generated, each with a certain set of identifiers. Each certificate has an expiration date set for the specified type of certificates. An individual certificate validity period can be changed manually in the automated workspace. You can also change the state of a certificate. The system tracks and records all changes to a certificate.

5. Creating an action for using gift certificates

The offers allow you to set up cash certificate payment (either partial payment or payment for the whole purchase).
