A Personal Account is an electronic portal for Members of the Loyalty Program

The goal of the Loyalty Program is to motivate the holders of bonus cards to constantly make purchases mainly in their network and to give the Members the opportunity to see the dynamics of bonus points on the card account.

For the company, the Personal Account of the Loyalty Program is a tool for creating long-term relationships with Program Members, as well as a platform for placing offers and partner programs.

For Members, the Personal Account is personal information about the current status (balance, card transaction history, active communications channels, etc.), as well as individual promotional offers.

Features of the Personal Account

A Personal Account on the site allows customers:

register in the LP and enter the card number of the friend who invited into the LP
view card balance, including virtual
see purchase history with details down to positions
be aware of beneficial offers and promotions, including personal offers
choose your favorite products for further purchase with a greater discount
search for nearby points of sale
merge your account with the accounts of other LP Members
block/unblock the card if necessary
edit your personal data and contacts, manage subscriptions to the newsletter
