Card merging to one account
The Member has the opportunity to merge card with the card of another Member for one account. It is possible to merge both physical and virtual bonus cards under one account.
The maximum number of Members who can merge cards under one account is configured in the system configurations
- The Member logs into the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
- The Member goes to the My cards section;
- The Member selects the Link card command;
- The Member enters the password for the account (which was entered during authorization in the account) and the number of the linked card (physical or virtual);
- The Member clicks OK;
- The system sends a verification code to the phone number of the linked cardholder, which it sends to the Member. The Member enters a verification code in the corresponding field, and in the case of correct data, the cards are merged.
As a result, the cards are merged into a group. Members accumulate/spend bonus points from one account and have a common operation history.
To prevent fraud when merging cards, it is possible to set a special limit.
