Password recovery
If the Member does not remember the password from the Personal account, then the Member can restore it using the Forgot your password? by receiving a verification code for any available notifier.
- The Member logs into the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure. If the Participant specifies an incorrect password, then the Forgot password? link appears under the authorization form;
- The Member clicks on the Forgot your password? link;
- The Member enters the mobile phone number or email to which the login/card is registered;
- The Member clicks Change password;
- The Member is sent an SMS message with a verification code or email (depending on the entered identifier type) to change the forgotten password;
- In the window that opens, the Member enters the received verification code, enters a new password and confirms it by re-entering;
- The Member clicks Confirm.
As a result, the Member changes the password in the Personal account using the Forgot your password? link. After successful completion of the password recovery procedure, automatic authorization in the user account takes place.
