Questions that arise when working with catalogs:

• How long does it take the System to process the uploaded catalog?

  The request processing speed depends on the server performance, the amount of data transmitted and the number of actual changes. In some cases, the request processing time can be up to several hours.

• Uploading the catalog to the server was successful, but the changes are not displayed in the MMP. Why?

  The changes are applied in the background. After a while they will be displayed in the Marketing management platform (MMP).

• How one can calculate prices including discounts for the entire catalog?

  To calculate prices for products with discounts, you need to send Calculate requests to the processor in sequence. It is recommended to include no more than 60-70 items in the receipt for optimal calculation time of the whole catalog. According to internal testing data for a catalog of 100,000 SKUs, the calculation of the entire catalog takes about 36 minutes.
