Customer attributes


Customer Attribute is a distinctive property, indicator, characteristic of the customer and his/her purchasing activity in the Loyalty Program

Customer attributes are of various types and enable:

  • send out messages,
  • segment customer database for configuring various offers,
  • create personal offers,
  • implement status mechanics.

Six types of attributes are used in the Loymax system:

Notifiers

These are methods to notify customers. Channels through which messages can be sent to the customers from the target audience. So the notifiers are phone number and email address of the customer. They can be filled in during the registration of the customer or during the subsequent linking/changing phone number/email address. The creation of a notifier for sending push notifications occurs during the installation of the mobile application and only with the consent of the customer to receive such notifications. The push notifier is directly linked to the device on which the Mobile Application is installed. Management of all notifiers is available in the Admin section of the MMP to users with special rights.

Application form questions

Using the Application form designer, the system creates the questions necessary for registering in the Loyalty Program and filling the customer database. Answers to the application form are available for editing in the Personal Account and in the Call Center. Each question of the application form is an attribute of the customer. When registering or editing personal information, the customer answers the questions of the application form and thereby fills in the values of the corresponding attributes. Answers to the questions of the application form can be used when configuring offers.

Attributes

The system has customer attributes available for usage by any partners. By default, the following attributes are configured in the system:

  • Referral code entered by the user - the code entered during registration by the customer invited by the referral program;
  • The owner of the promo code specified during registration - if during registration the card/phone number of the friend who invited to the loyalty program (referrer) is indicated, his/her identifier is recorded here;
  • Viber account - whether the customer has a Viber account (yes/no), is filled in when the message is successfully delivered to Viber.

The values ​​of these attributes are filled in when appropriate actions are taken, and can also be loaded from a file during a batch update of attributes. Based on the value of these attributes, various offers can be configured in the system. Users with special rights can manage these attributes in the Admin section of the MMP.

System attributes

These are attributes used for the implementation of loyalty programs of a particular partner. At the moment, the creating and filling in such attributes are carried out using special plugins (for instance, Plugin calculated purchase amount), Values of system attributes can be displayed on the customer's card in CRM and in the Call Center, as well as in the Personal Account.  When configuring offers, the ability to filter by the value of system attributes is implemented.

Personal products

Personal products are created in the system on the basis of a product group and a set of rules (limits) of their choice by the LP Member. Each set of personal products represents a customer attribute. An LP Member who is subject to the terms of the offer with personal products can select a limited number of products from the proposed group in his/her personal account on the website or in the Mobile application. At the time when the Member makes the first choice, a set of personal products becomes an attribute of this Member. For selected products, the Member receives special preferences (additional discounts, bonus points, etc.) during the validity period.

Status systems

To implement status mechanics, the system provides for the use of status systems. Creation of status systems, statuses and their management is now available to MMP users in the Marketing/Status systems section with special rights. Status systems are essentially customer attributes, and statuses are the values ​​of these attributes. Therefore, the management of status systems is also available in the Customer attributes section of the Admin section of the MMP. Status systems can also be connected using plugins (for example, Status system of the amount of purchases).

Attributes and Target Audiences

Using customer attributes allows you to test hypotheses from analytics or work with a more convenient type of target audiences (segments) formed by attributes. For example, on the side of analytical module a set of certain features is being formed. Then these features are loaded into the client attributes previously created in the Marketing management platform (MMP). And then target audiences are formed based on attribute values, not card numbers, for example.
