Offer mechanics
The Loymax system is event-driven. This means that the System can monitor different external and internal events and react to them according to set rules.
The offer set in the System is a numner of mechanics (events, actions and filters). The offer performance can be limited by time, target audience, place of action and other parameters.
An event is registered by the System and triggers the processing of actions associated with this event. Each event has its own activation channels and a list of actions that may be applied to the Customer/Participant of the Loyalty Program or his receipt within the scope of this event.
With the help of actions in the System, the reaction of the System to fulfillment of preset conditions is configured (for example, activation of a bonus card, bonus points accrual, an SMS message sending about bonuses expiration, a client status upgrade, etc.).
Filters are purposed to limit the scope of offers.
