Mobile application

Mobile applications are now widely used by partners of Loyalty Program to work with customers.

The Loymax system also provides the ability to use a Mobile Application that allows loyalty program customers:

  • register in the Loyalty Program;
  • transfer your personal data to the LP partner by filling out an application form, as well as change the previously specified personal data;
  • link profiles of social networks to your loyalty program profile;
  • manage by LP cards: link them to your profile, activate, block/unblock;
  • receive information about the status of the bonus account;
  • receive information about offers and personal offers;
  • select "favorite" products (when the partner adds the Personal products module to the Mobile Application);
  • receive feedback by contacting technical support service;
  • receive information from the system in the form of push notifications;
  • view the list of POSs;
  • generate lists of purchases.

To create Mobile Applications, the Mobile Application Builder is used.

The mobile app builder allows you to:

  • generate a project with a specific name and identifier, then modify it in Visual Studio for release and publication;
  • add the necessary modules to the Mobile Application;
  • change the base colors in the project or select the already adjusted colors for the project;
  • change the logo, icon, and splash screen;
  • change support service details;

Detailed information about working with the Mobile Application Builder is presented in a special section.

A Mobile Application generated using the Builder may contain various sections that allow the customer to interact with the Loyalty Program. The sections are divided by tariffication, and their number in the Mobile Application may vary depending on the needs of the LP partner.
To configure sending push notifications to a Mobile Application, do the following:
  1. Configure a gateway for sending notifications
  2. Register an application and configure sending messages through Azure or Intervale
