Support service


A member of the Loyalty Program (LP) has the opportunity to contact technical support using the Support service section of the mobile application of the LP. This section by default contains the hotline phone number and/or email address for receiving requests. Optionally, a chat with a technical support or a form for sending text messages from the LP Mobile application can be added to the section.

  1. The Member enters the mobile application of the LP;
  2. The Member goes to the Support Service section;
  3. This section displays contact information for technical support (phone number and email), as well as chat with the ability to upload images;
  4. The Member indicates the text of the message, if necessary, attaches an image to the message, and clicks the Send button;
  5. The answer of the technical support operator is displayed in the chat.

As a result, the LP Member receives contact information for technical support, sends a request to technical support, and receives a response.
