Phone number change
The Member can the phone number to another. The successful validation of a new number is a required requirement.
- The Member logs into the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
- The Member goes to the Settings section;
- The Member clicks Change on the Change phone number form, after which the procedure for changing the phone number starts;
- In the dialog window that opens, the Member enters the new mobile phone number in the federal format and clicks Confirm;
- A verification code is sent to the new phone number;
- The Member enters the received verification code in the Verification code field and clicks the Confirm button.
As a result, the Member updates the data on the communication channel. Notifications and mailings will now come to a new phone number.
