Physical card replacement
If the physical card is lost or defected, the Member must have an opportunity to replace it with a new one.
The replaceable card must be blocked, which can be done through the Personal account or Call center.
- The Member receives a new inactive physical card;
- The Member enters the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
- The Member goes to the My cards section;
- The Member selects the Replace with a previously blocked card command;
- The Member enters the password for the personal account and the number of the new card;
- The Member clicks OK.
As a result, all the information is transferred from the old LP card to the new one: application form details, phone number, Member email, Member status and card category, amount of accumulations, card transaction history, password from the Personal account, linked social networks, personal offers, and favorite products.
To prevent fraud when linking bonus cards, it is possible to set a special limit. It enables to limit the number of calls to the card replacement method. This eliminates the possibility of iterating over card numbers.
