Registration


The registration process by phone number with physical card linking
  1. The Customer logs into the site of LP Personal Account and follows the Registration link;
  2. The Customer enters the phone number in the corresponding field;
  3. The Customer consents to the terms and conditions of the LP by placing an appropriate flag;
  4. The Customer clicks the Next button to start the registration process;
  5. The Customer enters the verification code, received on the phone number, in the corresponding field and clicks the Next button;
  6. The Customer sets the desired password for further access to the Personal Account, confirming it by re-entering, and clicks the Next button;
  7. The Customer fills out required fields of the application form;
  8. The Customer enters the number of non-activated physical card for linking to own profile;
  9. The Customer clicks the Next button to complete the registration.

inf.gif If the physical card, the number of which the customer specifies during registration, has a CVC code, to complete the registration it is necessary to indicate it in a special field. This option is configured using the Personal Account designer.

In the case of passing all stages of activation (accepting the formal offer, entering the correct confirmation codes, and filling out the application form), the card is successfully activated in the system. The customer has validated and provided a phone number as a communication channel.

After completing this process:

  • The Customer becomes an LP Member;
  • LP Member's phone number is linked to profile in the LP;
  • The Member has a physical card linked to his/her profile.
The registration process by phone number with issuing a virtual card
  1. The Customer logs into the site of LP Personal Account and follows the Registration link;
  2. The Customer enters the phone number in the corresponding field;
  3. The Customer consents to the terms and conditions of LP, by placing an appropriate flag;
  4. The Customer clicks the Next button to start the registration process;
  5. The Customer enters the verification code, received on the phone number which was specified at the beginning of registration;
  6. The Customer clicks the Next button to continue;
  7. The Customer sets the desired password for further access to the Personal Account, confirming it by re-entering, and clicks the Next button; 
  8. The Customer fills out all required fields of the application form;
  9. The Customer clicks the Next button to complete registration.

In the case of passing all stages of activation (accepting the formal offer, entering the correct confirmation codes, and filling out the application form), the card is issued and activated in the system. This card is displayed in the My cards section in the right format.

After completing this process:

  • The customer becomes an LP Member;
  • LP Member's phone number is linked to the profile in the LP;
  • The LP Member has an LP virtual card, which is displayed in the My cards section in the Personal Account and Mobile application.
Setting a friend code when registering

When registering, the customer has the opportunity to set a friend’s code corresponding to the card number of the inviting LP Member (referrer).

  1. The Customer logs into the site of LP Personal Account and follows the Registration link;
  2. The Customer enters the phone number in the corresponding field;
  3. The Customer enters the code of LP Member, who invited the Customer to participate in the LP;
  4. The Customer consents to the terms and conditions of LP, by placing an appropriate flag;
  5. The Customer clicks the Next button to start the registration process;
  6. The Customer enters the verification code, received on the phone number in the corresponding field, and clicks the Next button;
  7. The Customer sets the desired password for further access to the Personal Account, confirming it by re-entering, and clicks the Next button;
  8. The Customer fills out all required fields of the application form;
  9. The Customer enters the number of non-activated physical card for linking to own profile;
  10. The Customer clicks the Next button to complete registration.

As a result, the invited Customer and the invited LP Member get preferences in accordance with the marketing conditions of the LP.
