Social network account managing


In case of integration with social networks in the Personal Account, the Customer has access to the Social networks section with the functionality of linking social network profiles to an account in the Loyalty program and their unlinking.

Profile linking process
  1. The Member enters the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
  2. The Member goes to the Social network section;
  3. The Member selects the social network that the Member wants to link to his account, and clicks Link;
  4. If a session was active in the selected social network, then in the window that opens, it is proposed to give the application permission to process personal data, otherwise, otherwise, go through authorization in a separate window.

As a result, the Member links a social network account to his account for further authorization in the Personal account and/or participation in marketing companies aimed at social networks. In place of the Link button, the Unlink button is now displayed.

Profile unlinking process
  1. The Member enters the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
  2. The Member goes to the Social network section;
  3. The Member selects the social network that the Member wants to unlink to his account, and clicks Unlink;
  4. The social network profile is unlinked from a Member account. A message is displayed to the Member about the successful unlinking of the social network.

As a result, the Member has an unlinked social network profile. Now, next to the logo of the social network, the Link action is displayed.
