Loymax Smart Communications is a module designed to automate communications with LP Members.

Module Smart Communications can be connected using special plugin>. A special section in the Smart Communications menu with access to all the tools of the module will appear. Module features, recommendations on creating mailing lists, as well as methods of integration are presented in a separate Instructions.

To work with the module in Rights - Roles you need to grant the right Rights to access the Smart Communications section and one of the following rights (depending on the user role):

• Contact Center Operator rights for the Smart Communications module;
• Marketer's rights to the Smart Communications module;
• Analyst rights to the Smart Communications module;
• Designer rights to the Smart Communications module;
• Administrator rights to the Smart Communications module.
