The built-in Call Center module enables to provide customers with information and technical support without connecting third-party resources

The Call Center enables to process customer requests from various sources - via phone, email, chat.

Customer calls are processed using a computer telephony system.

Integration of this module with the technical support system allows to generate online inquiries for customer requests, monitor the status of requests, generate reports and provide SLA for each request.
