Personal offers
Personal offers are special preferences for certain LP Members.
Information about personal offers is displayed in the Personal account only of those LP Members for whom special conditions apply.
Personal offers for the target audience
Personal offers can be customized for specific customer segments. To do this, when setting up a personal offer you need to specify Target audience, for which special preferences will be available. The target audience of a personal offer can be formed on the basis of customer data stored in the System. For example, you can create a target audience based on personal data (by month of birth, area of residence, parental status, car, etc.).
Examples of target audiences:
- Customers with birthday in February;
- Parents of children under 1 year old;
- Residents of Sovetsky district;
- Customers-car owners;
- etc .
Preferences in the form of discounts and bonus points are available for personal offers in the current version of the System. You can also limit the offer duration with personal offers by adding filtering by days, POSs, purchased products and their quantity.
Examples of personal offers for target audiences:
- 30% discount on birthday cakes for customers born in February;
- Additional discounts for parents on children's products;
- Increased bonus points for residents of the Sovetsky district in the Sovetsky supermarket.
- Increased bonus points for car owners when buying products for cars.
It is possible to create and configure promotional content in the Marketing management platform (MMP) so that information about Personal offers is displayed in the Personal account of LP Members who have been included into the Target audience of the offer.

Personal offers from the attributes of the LP Members
Personal offers can be customized using the values of attributes of LP Members. Since the values of the LP Member attributes may vary, different personal offers may apply for each LP Member.
In order for the LP Members to receive individual preferences when purchasing products included in the personal offers, attributes of personal offers should be uploaded in the System and special offer must be configured.
Personal offers from attributes in client services
LP Members can view lists of their personal offers in client services (Personal account and Mobile application), as well as in third-party client services integrated with Loymax. A special public API method is used for this.
Acceptance of personal offers
In client services the LP Member may agree/disagree with the participation in the offer with personal offers. A special public API method is also used for this.
Personal offers that the LP Member has agreed to participate in are assigned a special attribute. Thus, the LP Member will receive preferences only when purchasing products from those personal offers that he agreed to participate in.
The functionality of accepting personal offers is available for third-party client services, integrated with Loymax. At the moment, there is no such functionality in typical client services.
