Mobile application functionalities
This section describes the functionality of the Mobile Application
The Mobile Application can be integrated with the Loymax system or created from scratch using the special Designer.
Registration in the Loyalty Program | Using Mobile Application the Customer can register in the Loyalty Program. To do this, the Customer goes through the required registration steps:
The required step of linking a physical bonus card, as well as issuing a virtual card during the registration process, are configured using special configuration parameters. The Customer can also register in the Loyalty Program in other ways. | |
Authorization | To authorize in the Mobile Application, the Member enter login (phone number) and password from his/her account in the Loyalty Program. After authorization in LP the Member get full access to all sections of Mobile Application. | |
Editing an application form | After authorization in the Mobile Application, the Member can edit the answers to the questions of the application form in the special section. On the part of the system of the Application form designer the limit can be configured for editing separate answers (for example, editing the "Date of birth" field not more often them once in a year). | |
Editing contacts | The LP Member authorized in the Mobile Application can change the phone number and email address. To do this the Member enters a new phone number or email and verification code sent to the specified phone number or email. | |
Recovering/change password | If the password from the LP account is lost, the LP member can recover it using the Mobile Application. To do this indicate the phone number, enter the verification code received by SMS and set a new password. | |
Subscription management | In the Mobile Application, the authorized Member can enable or disable communication channels through which the Customer will get different messages from the Loyalty Program. | |
Viewing the balance of the Loyalty Program

When connecting the multiple accounts functionality the access to the balance of each virtual currency will be available to the Member. | |
Viewing a card barcode | In the Mobile Application, the My card section displays a bonus card barcode which can be shown to the cashier when purchasing. | |
Viewing a purchase history | In the Purchase history section of the Mobile Application, the LP Member can view a list of operations using cards for all the time of participation in the Loyalty program. The list of operations displays information about the purchases made, as well as manual operations of accruals/deductions of bonus points. The data is displayed as a list. The basic information about operation displays card number using which the operation was made, the number of deducted/accrued bonus points, data of purchase, its amount, as well as the name and address of the point of sale where the purchase was made. When clicking on an item in the list, detailed information about the purchase is revealed, namely the list of products in the receipt with an indication of their value. | |
Blocking/unblocking a card | Using the Mobile Application, the LP Member can independently block his/her card, for example, If it is lost. After blocking, any operations with the card are impossible. For example, when buying using a blocked card the preferences will not be provided, also with the blocked card, it is impossible to conduct manual operations for accrual/deduction of bonus points. The blocked card can be unblocked by the LP Member in the same way. To confirm the operation of blocking/unblocking the card, the Member enters the password of his/her account in the Loyalty Program. | |
Card replacement | If the physical card is lost or defected, the LP Member can replace it with a new one. The replaced card must be previously blocked. The replacement of the bonus LP card occurs only to a new one with a new unique number with maintaining a balance, operation history, personal data, etc. To confirm the operation of replacement, the Member enters the password of the LP account. | |
Viewing points of sale | In the special section of the Mobile Application, the Member can view the list of all points of sale of the Loyalty Program. Points of sale can be filtered by location (city) and brand. Also, it is possible to find a point of sale, for example, by entering its name or address in a search string. When clicking on the POS, the detailed information is displayed on it: its name, address, working hours, and description. Displaying the information on POS and its working hours are configured in the special section of the MMP. It is also possible to view all POSs of the Loyalty Program on the map. When clicking on the marker of the POS the detailed information is displayed about it. It is possible to load different markers for different brands. | |
Support service (contacts) | The contact information is available in the Mobile Application for support service: phone number and email address of technical support service. | |
Sending an email to the support service | To send an email message to the support service, it is possible to display the form with the Send button and text field for entering the message. A letter template is created automatically, where the customer enters a message and sends a letter to the specified address through the mail client installed on the device. | |
Support service as a chat | Mobile Application can have the chat in the Support service section in the format of chat with the function of uploading an image. The form of chat is integrated with the Call Center. The history of correspondence with each customer is saved in the system and available for viewing as a list of customers' questions and operators' responses. | |
Linking/unlinking social networks | In the settings of Mobile Application, the Customer can link popular social networks to his/her account in the Loyalty Program (VKontakte, Odnoklassniki etc.). To link social networks to the profile, the Member marks by flags those social networks that want to link. The Member can use linked social networks for further authorization in the Mobile Application. If necessary, the Member can unlink social network from the account by disabling the corresponding flag. | |
Authorization via social networks | If the Member links profiles of social networks to his/her account in the Loyalty Program, then the Member can log in to the Mobile Application using one of the linked social networks. | |
Using a virtual card | In the Loyalty Program, it is possible to configure flexible using physical and virtual cards. In Mobile Application, creating and linking virtual cards are carried out when completing the registration of the LP Member. Virtual cards are displayed in Mobile Application, as well as physical with specifying balance, barcode. If there are virtual cards in the system, the Mobile Application, the ability to link the physical card to the account can be implemented. | |
Inviting a friend to the Loyalty Program | As part of the implementation of the referral system of the Loyalty Program in the Mobile Application, the ability to specify the number of friend's card (the Member who invited to the LP) can be added during the registration. The field for entering the card number of a friend is displayed when registering as optional for filling in. Using Mobile Application the Member can send an invitation to the Loyalty Program to a friend through any available communication channel. In the invitation, the link to download the Mobile Application and card number of inviter can be specified. In the case of adding a link between the referrer and the referral, the system will trigger the offers configured in the system for the events Invite a friend and Purchase by a friend. | |
Merging accounts | In the Mobile Application, the Member can merge his/her account with the account of another Member. After merging accounts cards will have a common purchase history and common balance, Members will accumulate/spend bonus points from one account. To merge accounts, the Member enters the card number of another Member and password from his/her account in the Loyalty Program. Next, the verification code is to be entered that was sent to the phone number of another Member, whose card number was entered to merge accounts. In such a case, the linked card must not be linked to another group of cards. | |
Viewing offers configured in the MMP | In the Mobile Application, customers can receive information about the offers of the Loyalty Program. Configuring the display of offers is set up in the Promotional content section of the MMP. Offers are displayed both to all customers and to specific target audiences. Promotional content in the Mobile Application is displayed as a list. The list item, as a rule, contains an image of the promotional content, its title, and expiration dates. By clicking on the promotional content, the Member can read the description of the offer and find out the locations of its holding. Using the settings, it is possible to adjust the order in which promotional content is displayed. | |
Viewing personal offers | A separate section of the Mobile application displays offers generated for a specific target audience. The LP Member who falls under the terms of personal offers can get view current and future personal offers, the dates of their holding, the location of the corresponding points of sale, as well as the list of products and the amount of preferences. | |
Viewing personal products | In the Mobile application, the LP Member can select products for the purchase of which he/she will receive increased preferences. The range of products that Members can choose as favorites can be limited to a specific group of products. There are several mechanics in the system, the Members can choose their favorite products. For example, it is possible to configure the automatic assignment of favorite products to Members, or give Members the ability to choose their favorite products on their own. | |
Adding bonus cards to the digital wallets | The mobile application has the ability to add bonus cards to Apple Wallet and Google Pay. LP Member presses a special button, after which his bonus card with all the data is loaded to a digital wallet. | |
Creating a shopping list | Using a special section of Mobile Application LP Member can compose of the shopping list. To do this the Member enters the name of the product, changes its quality, and adds in the shopping list. Thus, it is possible to create several shopping lists, for each of the lists the data of the last change will be displayed. When creating Mobile Application it is possible to configure displaying tips when the Member only starts to enter the name of the product. | |
Viewing notifications | Using the Mobile Application the LP Member can view the list of push notifications sent to the Member withing the Loyalty Program. Push notifications can be used to send Members both information about offers and system information. |
