Support service
The Member has the opportunity to contact technical support using the Support messages section of the Personal account. This section by default contains the hotline phone number and/or email address for receiving requests. Optionally, a chat with a technical support or a form for sending text messages from the Personal account page can be added to the section.
Live chat with the technical support
- The Member logs into the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
- The Member goes to the Support messages section;
- The Member writes a request in a text field, attaching an image if necessary;
- The Member clicks the Submit;
- Member's request is received in the ticket system;
- The technical support operator sends a response to the Member;
- The Member receives a response from the technical support in the Support messages section.
As a result, the Member received a response to the request for technical support. The history of the Member’s requests and technical support responses remains available in the Support messages section.
Text message form
- The Member logs into the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
- The Member goes to the Support messages section;
- The participant enters the request text in the text field and clicks Submit;
- Member's request is received in the ticket system;
- A technical support employee contacts the Member by phone number or any of the member’s valid communication channels to respond to the request.
As a result, the Member receives a response to the request for technical support.
