Support service


The Member has the opportunity to contact technical support using the Support messages section of the Personal account. This section by default contains the hotline phone number and/or email address for receiving requests. Optionally, a chat with a technical support or a form for sending text messages from the Personal account page can be added to the section.

Live chat with the technical support
  1. The Member logs into the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
  2. The Member goes to the Support messages section;
  3. The Member writes a request in a text field, attaching an image if necessary;
  4. The Member clicks the Submit;
  5. Member's request is received in the ticket system;
  6. The technical support operator sends a response to the Member;
  7. The Member receives a response from the technical support in the Support messages section.

As a result, the Member received a response to the request for technical support. The history of the Member’s requests and technical support responses remains available in the Support messages section.

Text message form
  1. The Member logs into the Personal account and goes through the authorization procedure;
  2. The Member goes to the Support messages section;
  3. The participant enters the request text in the text field and clicks Submit;
  4. Member's request is received in the ticket system;
  5. A technical support employee contacts the Member by phone number or any of the member’s valid communication channels to respond to the request.

As a result, the Member receives a response to the request for technical support.
