All customers
In this section you can see the list of customers, setting flexible parameters for selection in the filter, as well as personal information of an individual customer.
List of customers
Here you can view information about a customer or groups of customers. You can flexibly search for customers by various parameters, such as:
- personal data and contact information: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, phone number, email, address, etc..,
- data on purchases and the contents of the receipt: date of the first receipt, average receipt, average price of goods in the receipt, etc.,
- favorite products,
- the number of bonuses accrued,
- participation in polls and mailings, etc.
Actions that can be quickly performed with the selected customer segment by clicking a button are described in detail in the Segment Builder article. Segment metrics (number of orders, revenue, average check, etc.) are also described there.
Customer profile
Customer profile contains all information about the customer sent to Smart Communications Module from different sources. You can go to the customer profile by clicking the customer's name in the list of customers. All information from the Customer profile is used when building segments. The customer profile contains information about the customer and the customer's actions.
Customer information
Information about the customer is located on the left side of the profile and contains personal data of the customer:
Contact information (phone number, email). If the customer does not have a contact listed, or incorrect contact information is listed, a warning icon is displayed next to this contact .
- The Module automatically detects the type of phone, specified in the contact information, and displays it on the screen. If the customer specified a landline phone number, it will be excluded from SMS mailings.
- If the customer specified an invalid email, it will be excluded from all email mailings.
- Personal data (gender, date of birth, country, city, date of registration, etc.). These data are specified by the customer when registering in the Loyalty Program.
- Metrics — customer data used in the Segment Builder:
- Date of the first receipt;
- Date of the last receipt;
- Days since the first receipt;
- Days since the last receipt;
- Total sum in the last receipt;
- Number of receipts;
- Receipts issued to the amount;
- Average receipt;
- Average number of items in receipt;
- RFM segment;
- Days since registration.
- Customer information in the Loyalty program, if it is activated:
- Total active bonuses;
- Bonuses pending activation;
- Bonuses pending deactivation, total;
- Nearest date of bonus deactivation;
- The nearest number of deactivated bonuses.
Information about customer actions
Information about customer's actions is contained in the right part of the Customer profile. The following information is presented in the form of blocks:
- Activity,
- Receipts,
- Mailings,
- Promo codes,
- Target audiences,
- Subscriptions,
- Polls,
- Favourite e-stores,
- Categories of interest.

In the Activity block you can see information about all types of customer activity: 1. Participation in mailings:

Information on this web page can be filtered by category. For example, to see only information about receipts, you need to uncheck all other categories. In case of the Mailing type events, by clicking the View mailing button you will go to the web page where you will see mailing settings. In case of Customer issued receipt type of events, by clicking the View receipt button you will see information about receipt. |
Customer receipts
The Receipts tab displays information about all of the client's receipts. You can set up a list of receipt attributes. | |
Receipt informationWhen you click on the receipt number, the following information is displayed:

Mailings
The Mailings block displays information about all mailings, in which the customer participated. | |
If the customer participated in the mailing as part of the control group, the information about the mailing will look as follows (see the screen to the right). |
Promo codes
The Promo codes block displays all promo codes that were issued to the customer in mass mailing or campaign. The Re-issued? field shows whether the promotion code was originally issued or re-issued to the customer. |
Target audiences
The Target audiences block displays all of the customer's target audiences.

Clicking on the target audience displays a list of customers who have the target audience. |
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions block displays information about the customer's subscriptions. Available settings:
Only mailings from active categories are displayed in the Subscriptions block. |
Polls
The Polls block displays information about all polls, in which the customer participated. | |
Clicking on the poll’s name takes you to the Polls results page. | |
Favorite e-storesThis is an optional functionality available on request. In the Favorite e-stores block you can see information about the e-stores where the customer made purchases:

Abandoned cartThe Abandoned cart block displays information about the products that the customer put into the cart, but did not buy. The following is displayed for each product:

Interest in categoriesThis is an optional functionality available on request. The Interest in categories block displays information about customer interests. For example, customer viewed 24 inch monitor on the website. This means he has interest in the category "24 inch monitors” in the next X days, if there was no purchase in that category.
The page displays only the top product categories (up to 10 categories) in which the customer interested the most. |
