Personal account functionalities
This section describes the functionality of the Personal Account
Registration in the Loyalty Program | The Customer can register in the Loyalty Program by going through several steps. In a typical version of the Personal Account, registration begins by phone number and includes:
Upon completion of registration, the Member gets access to his/her Personal Account. |
Authorization in the Personal Account | With the help of a special form, the LP Member can log in to the Personal Account using a unique login and password. |
Editing an application form | Editing of personal data is available to the LP Member authorized in the Personal Account. On the part of the system, a limitation on editing individual fields can be configured (for example, editing the Birthday field no more than once a year). Configuring the application form builder is carried out in the MMP. |
Editing contacts | The LP Member has the ability to change the phone number and email address. Data change occurs only after entering the verification code sent to the specified phone number or email. |
Password recovery/change | In case of losing the password from the Personal Account or if it is necessary to change the password, the LP Member can set a new password. To do this, you must enter the phone number or email address corresponding to the account, enter the received verification code, and set a new password. |
Subscription management | In the settings of the Personal Account, channels of communications are displayed through which the LP Member can receive notifications from the system about the Loyalty Program (as a rule, these are campaigns and other informational messages). The LP Member can choose the communication channels for receiving such messages. |
Viewing the current balance of the Member | Information about the number of bonus points available for deduction and bonus points spent on purchases is displayed for the Member in the Personal Account. In addition, the extended functionality has the ability to display bonus points with a lifetime (activated bonus points, bonus points awaiting activation, expired bonus points to the expiration date), as well as the amount of purchases using the card. |
Viewing a card barcode | In the My Cards section of the Personal Account, next to the image and card number, its barcode can also be displayed, which can be presented to the cashier during the customer's purchase. The expanded functionality also includes the ability to display the QR code of the card. |
Viewing a purchase history | In the Purchase history section, the LP Member has access to a list of his/her transactions for the entire period of participation in the Loyalty Program. The data is displayed in the form of a table, each row of which contains the date of the purchase/event, the card number, the name and address of the point of sale, the number of accrued/deducted bonus points, and the amount of direct discount. In the extended functionality, there is a detailing of each entry in the operations table, including a list of all receipt positions, their value, and the total amount of the receipt. Using filters, the LP Member can filter the purchase history by dates and by cards from the group by which operations were performed. |
Card replacement | In case of loss or damage of the physical card, the LP Member can replace it with a new one. The card to be replaced must be previously blocked. Replacement of a damaged LP card takes place only with a new card with a new unique number while maintaining the balance, operation history, personal data, etc. To confirm the replacement operation, the LP Member enters the password from his/her Personal Account. |
Card blocking/unblocking | The LP member can independently block his/her card, for example, if it is lost. After blocking, any card operations become impossible. For example, when buying using a blocked card, preferences will not be provided, and manual operations for accrual/deduction of bonus points cannot be performed with a blocked card. A blocked card can be unblocked by an LP Member in the same way. To confirm the operation of blocking/unblocking the card, the Member enters the password from his/her Personal Account. |
Viewing points of sale on the map | In a special section of the Personal Account, all points of sale within the current LP are displayed, where the Member can use the LP card. Objects are located on the map in the form of geo-points. In the section header, a filter is available to search for the required region/city. Support service (contacts) | In a typical Personal Account, the contact information of the support service is available: the hotline phone number and the technical support service email address. |
Sending an email to support service | To send an email message to the support service, it is possible to display a form with a text field for entering a message and a Send button. A letter template is created automatically, the Customer enters a message and sends a letter to the specified address through the mail client installed on the device. |
Linking/unlinking social networks | In the settings of the Personal Account, it is possible to connect profiles of popular social networks (VK and etc.) to the account. Linked social networks can be used for further authorization in the Personal Account and/or participation of the Member in marketing campaigns aimed at social networks. If necessary, the LP Member can unlink social networks from his/her profile in the Personal Account. |
Authorization via social networks | If in the settings of the Personal Account the LP Member has linked profiles of social networks, then upon authorization the Member will be able to log in to the Personal Account using the credentials of one of the linked social networks. |
Using a virtual card | As part of the implementation of the Loyalty Program, the system can use only physical or only virtual cards, or both at the same time. Read more about configuring card issuance here. Creating and linking of virtual cards in the Personal Account is carried out upon completion of registration of the LP Member in the system. Virtual cards are displayed in the Member's Personal Account, as well as physical ones, indicating the balance, bar code, QR code If there are virtual cards in the system, the Personal Account can be used to link a physical card to the account. |
Referring a friend to the Loyalty Program | As part of the implementation of the referral system of the Loyalty Program in the Personal Account, the ability to enter the card number of the Member who invited to the LP can be added. The field for entering the friend's card number is displayed on the registration page as optional. In the case of adding a link between the referrer and the referral, the system will trigger offers set up in the system for the events Invite a Friend and Purchase by a Friend. |
Merging accounts | In the Personal Account with extended functionality, it is possible to link additional cards belonging to other Members (activated cards) to the account. After merging the accounts, the cards will have a common purchase history and a total balance, cardholders will save/spend bonus points from one account. To do this, one of the Member must call the command for attaching an additional card in the Personal Account in the My cards section and enter the number of the bonus card (physical or virtual) belonging to another Member. The linked card must not be linked to another group of cards. To confirm the merging of accounts, a confirmation code is sent to the phone number of the owner of the linked card, which must be entered to complete the merging of cards. |
Viewing offers configured in MMP | In the Personal Account, the automatic display of promotional content set up in the MMP can be configured. Information about offers can be displayed both to all customers and to certain target audiences. Setting up content and display conditions is done in the Promotional content section of MMP. The content of the promotional content, as a rule, includes the title, text description, image, preferences (type, size). Using settings, you can adjust the time of publication of promotional content: display a few days before the start of the offer, hide irrelevant offers. |
Member status in the system of stepped preferences | If there are status mechanics in the Loyalty Program (preferences depending on the level of savings on the card account), the display of the current status of the Member can be configured in the Personal Account, as well as the display of the amount required to reach the next level. The status system can be configured using special plugins. |
Viewing personal offers | A separate section of the Personal Account displays offers generated for a specific target audience. An LP Member who falls under the terms of personal offers can view current and future personal offers, the dates of their holding, the location of the corresponding points of sale, as well as the list of products and the size of preferences. |
Viewing personal products | The LP Member can select from the list provided to the Member the products for which the Member will receive an increased amount of preferences. The list of products for selection is limited by the quantity and duration of the offer. The content and conditions of the offer are formed in the MMP. Support service via chat | The personal account may include the Support service section as a chat with the option to upload images. The chat form is integrated with the Call Center. The history of correspondence with each customer is stored in the system and is available for viewing in the form of a list of customer questions and operators' answers. |
Viewing and buying coupons | A Personal Account with extended functionality may include a section with a list of coupons issued within the system (MMP), as well as coupons from external systems. Coupons are displayed in the form of banners with an image, name, cost. Coupons can be purchased for the currency of the Loyalty Program. When buying coupons, funds are spent from the Member's bonus account. In a separate section of the Personal Account, it is possible to view the coupons purchased by the user. Each coupon displays a number, QR code, expiration date. External coupons have an activation link. Some coupons can be returned by the user. In this case, a refund is made to his/her bonus account. |
Adding bonus cards to digital wallets | When connecting a special plugin, it is possible to add bonus cards to Apple Wallet and Google Pay in your Personal Account. The LP Member presses a special button, after which Member's bonus card is loaded with all the Member's data into a digital wallet. |
Refusal to participate in the loyalty program | The Member can refuse to participate in the Loyalty Program using the Personal Account. To do this, the Member needs to fill out a special form, which indicates the reason for the refusal. To confirm the action, the Member enters a confirmation code, which is sent to the Member via SMS to the phone number associated with the profile. In case of refusal to participate in the Loyalty Program, all personal data of the Member (including data on the status of the bonus account) are deleted from the system. To re-participate in this Loyalty Program, the re-registration is required. |
