Typical processes


The main typical processes of Loymax system are the following:

The client can register in the Loyalty Program in a convenient way:
  • through Personal account;
  • via Mobile app;
  • at point of sale (at the checkout);
  • through the Contact center;
  • via SMS;
  • through Wallet app.

The configuration of the registration channel can be set depending on the needs of the Partner.

As a result of registration in the Loyalty Program, the Member's cards are activated, and a wider set of preferences becomes available to the LP Member.

Loymax system provides several types of operations with bonus cards:

  • Card issuance (physical and virtual);
  • Card replacement (at the cash register of a retail point of sale or at the reception desk, through a Contact center or in customer services);
  • Bonus card blocking (in case of its loss or damage and before the card replacement operation);
  • Account blocking (in case of suspecious fraudulent actions with the LP Member's cards).

A registered LP Member can perform various actions with one's profile in the Loyalty Program:

  • Phone number change;
  • Email change;
  • Password change;
  • Bonus accounts merge (Family Account);
  • Refusal of print paper receipts (consent to receive electronic receipts).

In the Loyalty Program, you can flexibly configure the discounting:

  • Direct discount providing;
  • Correction of direct discount (rounding to the specified value);
  • External/cash register discount.

The following processes are available in Loymax system:

  • Bonus points accrual;
  • Accrual of bonuses in manually, via import or for individual target audiences;
  • Accrual of bonuses for performing certain actions of the client (card activation, filling out an application form, linking a phone, email or social network profile, for joining / leaving a group in a social network, for installing a Mobile application, inviting a friend to a loyalty Program, etc.);
  • Bonus points deduction manually, using import or for individual target audiences;
  • Refund of deducted/accrued bonuses.

A member of the Loyalty Program can refuse to participate in it in several ways:

  • Independently through your Personal Account on the website;
  • Independently via Mobile Application;
  • By contacting Contact center.

All data of the LP Member excluded from the Loyalty Program is deleted from the System.
