Refusal of participation in Loyalty program


A member can opt-out of the Loyalty Program through the Mobile App by deleting their profile.

Opting out of the LP via the Mobile App is only available for iOS platforms. Members with Android can do this in Personal account or through a Contact Center operator.

  1. The Member enters the Mobile Application and goes through the authorization procedure.
  2. The Member goes to Settings.
  3. The Member clicks Delete profile.
  4. In the dialog box that opens, the Member must confirm his decision by clicking Yes.
  5. The Member enters the confirmation code received via SMS in the field that appears and clicks Remove Account.
  6. A former LP Member automatically logs out of his account in the Mobile App.

As a result, personal data, bonus account data of the former LP Member is deleted from the System. In order to participate in the Loyalty Program again, a former Member must go through the registration procedure anew. Re-registration can be done using the same phone number. As a result of registration, a new LP Member will be created.

Note: bonus points of the Member who withdrew from the LP will remain in the bonus account in case the Member's account was merged with other Members not excluded from the LP.
